Govt sets up six-member panel to review self-financed DElEd college fees. Gujarat govt has constituted a six-member committee to review the annual fee structure of self-financed Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd), formerly known as PTC, institutions across the state. The committee has been asked to submit its final recommendations within 30 days.
