Onsite RMC plants now allowed within 1km of building plots. The amended policy on ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants was approved by AMC’s town planning committee on Wednesday. Under the policy aimed at reducing air pollution in the city, RMC plants can be approved within a kilometre of a building construction site.
