Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar to attend Uchila, Mangaluru Dasara. Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar is scheduled to visit Udupi and Dakshina Kannada districts on October 15 to inaugurate the Women's Dasara celebrations at Uchila and participate in the Mangaluru Dasara festivities at Kudroli. Shivakumar will attend a felicitation programme in Uchila, located in Kaup taluk of Udupi district, before travelling to Mangaluru for the Navaratri celebrations.
