Four arrested for forcing 13 children to beg in Bengaluru. Four people from other states have been arrested for allegedly forcing 13 children, including toddlers and teenagers, to beg at traffic signals across Bengaluru. The children were rescued during a joint operation conducted by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) Women Protection Wing and the Social Welfare Department near Kogilu Cross. The operation was carried out on October 12.
