Ahmedabad police go undercover for Garba night. Ahmedabad Police’s SHE Team has adopted an undercover approach to women’s safety during Navratri, with female officers wearing traditional chaniya cholis and mingling with Garba crowds. Around 300 personnel from all 49 police stations are conducting late-night patrols. The initiative aims to prevent harassment, assist women in distress and raise awareness about safety and drug-related concerns.
