Clear all dust & garbage from Delhi roads by Oct 31: CAQM to MCD. Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) set an October 31 deadline for MCD to remove accumulated dust, garbage and construction & demolition (C&D) waste from all roads, medians, footpaths and other open areas across Delhi. This comes as Delhi prepares for winter pollution. CAQM warned that continued lapses in dust control could lead to responsible agencies or officials being prosecuted.
