3 held after Jagatsinghpur cracker blast. Two days after a deadly explosion at an alleged illegal firecracker manufacturing unit in Jagatsinghpur district’s Mahilo village, police on Saturday busted two illegal cracker-making units in the village and arrested three persons. The accused, Abhimanyu Nayak (68), Nrusingh Charan Rout (52) and Suresh Chandra Das (56), were allegedly engaged in the illegal manufacture of firecrackers and crude bombs.
