BJP announces protests against JNU professor-Congress MP sacked over sexual harassment. BJP has announced nationwide protests against Congress MP and JNU professor Angomcha Bimol Akoijam after the university dismissed him for allegely sexually harassing 11 female students. BJP mahila morcha and several other leaders will protest outside the offices of Congress in several districts. A JNU committee found him guilty after students accused him of seeking favours in exchange of marks.
