Mumbai NCLT leads nation with 35 resolution plan approvals. Mumbai's NCLT Bench approved 35 resolution plans worth over Rs 4,189 crore in July-September 2026, leading all benches nationally. All NCLT benches together approved a record 107 plans worth Rs 11,071 crore in Q2 FY2026-27, the highest quarterly approval since the tribunal's inception. Mumbai accounted for 38% of the total approved value.
