Nana dies on 'Tirangaa' co-star Raaj's 100th birth anniversary. Actor Nana Patekar died in Goa on October 8, aged 75. The date also marked the 100th birth anniversary of his 'Tirangaa' co-star Raaj Kumar, born on October 8, 1926. The two veteran actors appeared together in the 1993 Bollywood blockbuster which was directed by filmmaker Mehul Kumar. Patekar died after suffering a cardiac arrest.
