Keralam soldier held for attacking mother with sickle. Police in Keralam's Aryanad arrested 37-year-old soldier Sivaprasad for allegedly attacking his 60-year-old mother Indirakumari with a sickle and wooden stick during a heated argument. Police said Sivaprasad, posted in Punjab, was drunk at the time. He had allegedly killed a neighbour's pet dog a day earlier and was also booked in that case.
