Mumbai's Ghatkopar ROB gets 2-tier redesign after 30% work. Mumbai’s under-construction Ghatkopar ROB is being redesigned after around 30% of work was completed, with three pier caps set to be partly demolished and rebuilt higher. The revised two-tier plan will separate local east-west traffic from vehicles heading to Andheri-Eastern Express Highway. The main cable-stayed bridge will also be widened to three lanes each way.
