Before the Flydubai flight left Dubai for Tel Aviv, Israeli officials had the names of everyone on board, including crew and passengers but Omani co-pilot who tried to crash the plane wasn't flagged, Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported. Notably, Oman doesn't have formal diplomatic relations with Israel, and pilots from nations without ties to Israel are prohibited from flying into Israel.
