India-Canada CEPA talks resume in Ottawa Oct 5–9. India and Canada are resuming Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) talks in Ottawa from October 5–9, targeting a deal by year-end. Canadian Trade Minister Maninder Sidhu will also visit Delhi with a large business delegation. Canada has invested $4.8 billion in India, with bilateral trade covering medicines, iron, pulses, and coal.
