A 34-year-old TCS manager from Kurla East was allegedly duped of ₹15.30 lakh in an online task-based investment scam. Fraudsters lured her with payments for Google hotel and restaurant reviews before persuading her to transfer money through multiple transactions. Five unidentified persons have been booked by the East Region Cyber Police, and an investigation is underway.
