Two teenagers were fatally stabbed in separate incidents in north and northeast Delhi just before Diwali. One 16-year-old was killed resisting a mobile phone snatching attempt in Wazirabad, while a 19-year-old died in Nand Nagri due to a dispute linked to personal enmity. Police are investigating both cases, collecting evidence, and questioning suspects.
