Telangana adds ownership transfer, interstate NOC and e-KYC update to the Vahan portal. Aadhaar OTP verification enables online applications. HYDERABAD: The Telangana transport department has integrated three more services with the Vahan portal, allowing vehicle owners to complete transactions online using Aadhaar-based one-time password (OTP) authentication. The new services include transfer of vehicle ownership, issuance of a no-objection certificate (NOC) for moving vehicles to other states, and updating vehicle owners' e-KYC details.
