Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched a sharp attack on Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, recalling the firing and police action faced by Ram devotees in Ayodhya during previous governments. CM Yogi said chanting 'Jai Shri Ram' was once restricted and devotees faced lathicharges, bullets and FIRs. Contrasting that period with the present, he said Ayodhya now welcomes Ram devotees without restrictions.
