Ayodhya lit up with thousands of earthen lamps on Saturday as the city celebrated the 10th edition of Deepotsav. Thousands of devotees and visitors gathered to witness the historic event, which featured cultural programmes, light-and-sound shows and performances based on episodes from the Ramayana. Ayodhya celebrated its 10th Deepotsav by illuminating 56 ghats along the Saryu River with over 30 lakh earthen lamps. The event, attended by top dignitaries, showcased spiritual heritage.
