What is the reason behind Indian cricketers' unusual names at Asian Games 2026. Team India cricketers appeared with unfamiliar names on Asian Games 2026 broadcast graphics because the event uses athletes' official names submitted for accreditation. Sanju Samson was shown as S Vishwanadh, while Tilak Varma was shown as TTV Namboori. These are their registered legal names, unlike familiar names generally used during bilateral cricket broadcasts and international tournaments.
