A 16-year-old domestic help was allegedly made to work from 6am to 2am, burnt with a hot iron on her back, hands and hips, and denied food and water for three days in Delhi’s Shaheen Bagh. Her face was reportedly covered during calls so her parents couldn’t see her injuries. She was rescued after an NGO complaint, and no arrests have been made.
