KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 — DAP has yet to discuss a replacement for Transport Minister Anthony Loke, whose resignation. Syahredzan Johan says the DAP secretary-general’s resignation as transport minister has yet to take effect as Najib Razak has not started serving the balance of his jail sentence under house arrest.
