NBCC refurbished Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s nearly century-old New Delhi residence at 1, Janpath Road for ₹6.5 crore. Completed in three-and-a-half months, the work reinforced the structure while preserving its heritage features. Naidu had performed housewarming rituals at the bungalow in July 2024, soon after he was elected Chief Minister. Ltd, which carried out the work, said in a statement on Wednesday.
