MANILA, Philippines — Through the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) public-private partnership concession agreement, the operational control of more than 2,100 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras at the country’s main gateway was formally turned over to the New Naia Infra Corp. (NNIC). The agreement between the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA).
