ABC7 Chicago. A Chicago man has been charged with kidnapping a CTA bus driver on the city's Southwest Side on Tuesday night. Quentin Lewis, 36, was charged with kidnapping, possessing a weapon as a felon, unlawful restraint and possession of a stolen vehicle, Chicago police said.
