Ramban, Nov 4: The Jammu-Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) remained open for two-way traffic of light, medium and heavy vehicles on Wednesday, although vehicular movement continued to be slow at several locations between Udhampur and Banihal due to ongoing road construction, widening work and other traffic-related constraints. Advertisment Traffic authorities have advised that the highway will remain open for two-way traffic on Thursday as well, subject to favourable weather and road conditions.
