Vigilance officials on Friday apprehended Baliapal sub-registrar, Manisha Mishra, an Odisha Revenue Service (ORS) officer, while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 7,000 from a land buyer for registering a sale deed for land recorded as ‘Bajyapti Stithiban’. Baliapal Sub-Registrar Manisha Mishra was arrested by Odisha Vigilance on Friday for allegedly accepting a Rs 7,000 bribe during a land registration in Balasore, following a complaint.
