Baliapal Sub-Registrar Manisha Mishra was caught by the Odisha Vigilance team on Friday while allegedly accepting a bribe of Rs 7,000 during a land registration process in Balasore district. The operation followed a complaint that she had demanded money from a person for completing the registration work. According to the reports, Mishra had allegedly sought Rs 7,000 from the applicant.
