The twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar need integrated urban planning, stronger connectivity, efficient public transport and faster infrastructure development to emerge as a well-connected twin city by 2036, industry experts and urban planners suggested during a panel discussion organised as part of 'OTV Dream Home Expo & Conclave 2026' in Bhubaneswar on Friday.
