The keys and possession letters for flats in three rehabilitation buildings completed in the first phase of the redevelopment were distributed. Eleven residents were handed over the keys ceremonially in the presence of the CM and other dignitaries. A total of 557 eligible residents of the NM Joshi Marg BDD chawl redevelopment project in Lower Parel, Mumbai, have received the keys to their new homes, with Chief Minister (CM) Devendra.
