The Delhi high court has said the film “Doosra” prima facie violated cricketer Sourav Ganguly’s personality rights but declined to stop its theatrical screening. Justice Tejas Karia directed the makers to add a disclaimer and furnish a Rs 2 crore bank guarantee. The order came on a suit by Ganguly and Luv Films LLP, which is producing his biopic.
