The Indian Navy's fifth Anti-Submarine Warfare Shallow Water Craft (ASW-SWC), INS Amini, has been launched by Kolkata-based Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE). The vessel belongs to the Arnala class and is designed to replace the Navy's ageing Abhay-class anti-submarine warfare corvettes. INS Amini is the 119th warship designed and built by GRSE and the 81st delivered directly to the Indian Navy.
