The Delhi High Court on Friday said that advocates and judicial staff residing in the National Capital Region (NCR) will be exempt from the ban on plying vehicl. .The exemption will operate only on court working days.Justice Amit Mahajan passed the order on a plea filed by the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA).
