The family of Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Pradeep “Balu” Purnekar has approached the Bombay High Court seeking transfer of his murder probe from the SIT to another agency, alleging ignored CCTV footage and investigative lapses. The court declined an urgent hearing and allowed them to approach the vacation bench.
