LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The Pangasinan Polytechnic College (PPC) has received Institutional Recognition (IR) from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), less than three years after its inception. PPC President Emeritus Raymundo Rovillos said the IR was the “formal stamp that established PPC as a full-fledged higher education institution, and makes the college eligible for government.
