Noel Tata will step down as Vice-Chairman of Titan Company Ltd on November 12, 2026, after over 23 years, in line with Tata Group governance guidelines. Noel N Tata, Chairman of Tata Trusts, will retire from his position as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director and Vice-Chairman of Titan Company Ltd with effect from November 12, 2026.
