A 68-year-old retired businessman from Dahisar allegedly lost Rs 1.12 crore in a digital arrest scam after fraudsters posed as telecom and police officials and threatened him with arrest. Mumbai Cyber Police arrested six people, including an IIT Delhi alumnus and a private bank operations manager, while tracing the money trail.
