The State School and Mass Education Department has initiated steps to repair schools damaged by cyclone and floods in Ganjam and Gajapati districts. It will also provide new textbooks to students whose study materials were destroyed. The department has sought detailed damage reports from the District Education Officers (DEOs) of both districts to assess the condition of affected schools.
