Govt raises fire NOC height limit for apartments to 24m. The Telangana fire department is increasing the height limit for provisional Fire NOC regarding residential buildings. The new limit will be changed from 18m to 24m and will come into effect from October 7. This adjustment will simplify the approval process for lower and mid-rise apartments. However, safety measures such as emergency exits and firefighting systems will still be monitored during construction.
