Guwahati | Chowna Mein returns his Rs 1 lakh Bhupen Hazarika award cheque and pledges Rs 4 lakh more to the Cultural Trust at a Guwahati tribute. Guwahati: Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein gave back the Rs 1 lakh cheque that came with the Bhupen Hazarika Samanvay Bota (Harmony Award) to the Bhupen Hazarika Cultural Trust and promised a further Rs 4 lakh.
