Noel Tata will retire as vice-chairman and director of Titan on Nov 12 under Tata group governance guidelines, the company said on Thursday. He has been associated with the jewellery and watches company since Aug 2003. Noel Tata will step down as Titan's non-executive, non-independent director and vice-chairman from November 12, as part of the Tata Group's governance guidelines, coinciding with his 70th birthday.
