Samir Kumar Jena, a 2022-batch IAS officer and chief development officer of Ganjam, lodged a police complaint on Thursday against BJP MLA Saroj Kumar Padhi, accusing him of threatening to kill him and using unparliamentary language during an argument over distribution of relief material to flood-hit people two days back.
