Telangana police are investigating further to establish the full extent of the counterfeit currency racket, trace the absconding accused and identify others who may have been involved in the network. Hyderabad police have seized a large haul of counterfeit currency notes and arrested four accused. Police seized 6.78 crore counterfeit notes in 500-rupee denominations.
