Hyderabad: Residents lost more than Rs 25.46 crore to cyber frauds in October 2026, with trading scams alone accounting for Rs 21 crore, according to the latest data released by the Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police.Despite the scale of financial losses, the police arrested 55 alleged cybercriminals in 38 cases through special operations across seven states during the month. They also facilitated refunds of nearly Rs 50 lakh to victims.
