Uttarakhand High Court has directed the state’s urban development secretary to complete the statutory process for identifying and publishing a comprehensive list of parks, playgrounds and open spaces across the state under the UP Parks, Playgrounds and Open Spaces (Preservation and Regulation) Act, 1975, as applicable in the hill state.
