Delhi's air pollution has entered the severe zone, with the AQI touching 349 ahead of Diwali. Speaking to NDTV, renowned pulmonologist Dr Arvind Kumar warned of serious health risks from rising PM2.5 and PM10 levels, blaming avoidable road dust and poor construction practices for worsening pollution. He advised people to avoid outdoor exercise, use air purifiers indoors and wear properly fitted N95 masks when stepping outside.
