PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the government had previously stepped in to rescue the publisher of Utusan Malaysia and Kosmo! when the company faced operational difficulties. As such, he said questions over the latest move to place about 100 employees on paid leave should be directed to Media Mulia Sdn Bhd, the publisher of both newspapers.
