New Delhi: NITI Aayog and TEXMiN, the Technology Translation Research Park at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad, have signed a Joint Statement of Intent (SoI) to strengthen India's critical and strategic minerals ecosystem through research collaboration, indigenous technology development and policy support.
