Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) has invited bids for the selection of developers to set up 80 MW/320 MWh of standalone battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The projects will be developed under the build-own-operate-transfer model through tariff-based competitive bidding.. The total capacity will be divided into four 20 MW/80 MWh units, with the bidders permitted to quote capacities in multiples of 20 MW: 20 MW, 40 MW.
