Taking a stern view of not just air and noise pollution caused by firecrackers, but also risk of injuries to people, the Nagpur bench of Bombay high court on Tuesday reiterated that bursting firecrackers on public roads and streets will not be permitted in the upcoming Diwali celebrations in the city.
